Development Team
This program is designed for the young athlete who wishes to improve in the sport of cross-country skiing, or be better prepared for regional competitions. These workouts will include everything from intervals for race preparation to light touring and games. Suggested ages for these young athletes are from 12 to 15 years old. Because of the different levels of commitment at this age group, we will separate the group into two loosely connected porgrams. The three- day a week program will be geared for new comers into the Devo group as well as racing and training for competitions. If the athlete is planning on competing for a spot on the Junior National & Intermountain team, he or she will need a USSA competition license and an Intermountain license.
