2. Click on the “Enroll” button located to the right of the activity of your choice.

3. Follow on-screen instructions and fill in all required information on following pages.

If the clinic you are looking for does not appear on the list of available clinics, unfortunately it is full. If there is an alternate date or clinic listed, we encourage you to take advantage of the available opening.
